Arm the teachers and guards!

Despite the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 15th, support for firearms in this country remains strong. Rumors of gun bans, repealing the 2nd Amendment, and confiscating firearms abound. The liberal media is taking advantage of the spilled blood of 20 school children to try and make gun owners seem like guilty killers. In truth, the gun hobby is widespread, careful, and not liable for this shooting. It is a mental health issue more than anything else; not a firearms issue. Simply because the assailant had firearms to do his damage, people think that the method should be banned. In truth, it can and never will be. Arming more guards and even teachers in schools would prevent this issue from ever occurring again.
